jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Head of the PDI Perjuangan DPP for National Legal System Reform, Ronny Talapessy, suspects that the hands of those in power manipulated five red-colored political party cadres to sue the Management Decree at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN).

“The individuals we see here are an extension of the apparatus of power who are trying to manipulate PDI Perjuangan cadres,” said Ronny to the media crew, Thursday (12/9).

Ronny even asked the media crew to ask Mulyono about the possibility that he was behind the manipulation of PDI Perjuangan cadres suing the Management Decree.

“Yes, maybe try asking media colleagues to the Palace. Try asking someone named Mulyono, right? Try asking him, is there really a role behind this lawsuit? Yes, please do and the public can also judge, right,” he said.

Previously, five PDI Perjuangan cadres filed a lawsuit with the Jakarta Administrative Court regarding the decree on the management of the party with the white-nosed bull symbol which was extended until 2025.

Later, the five cadres named Djupri, Manto, Jairi, Sujoko, and Suwari apologized to the PDI Perjuangan Chairperson Megawati Soekarnoputri and filed a lawsuit.

They will also withdraw the lawsuit at the Jakarta Administrative Court regarding the extended party management decree.

Ronny said five PDI Perjuangan cadres could file a lawsuit because they felt they had been deceived by certain parties.

The Head of the PDI Perjuangan DPP for National Legal System Reform, Ronny Talapessy, mentioned the figure of Mulyono in relation to the lawsuit filed by five cadres.
