“The decision to block Youtube video hosting in Russia was not made,” a representative of the regulator told Vedomosti.
Earlier, messages appeared in Telegram channels that on March 2, blocking of the Youtube service domain, which is used to upload pictures and other static content to the platform, began to be observed.
