The most severe pollution of the sea with parasites is observed on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan and the Kaliningrad region.
On May 26, it was reported that Rospotrebnadzor specialists checked the condition of the water in St. Petersburg. All bodies of water were declared unsuitable for bathing. Swimming threatens Petersburgers with infectious and parasitic diseases, including viral hepatitis A and acute intestinal infections. Rospotrebnadzor did not recommend using the recreation areas in the Northern capital for swimming.
