This Monday, for the second day in a row, the Olympic flame will continue to travel through Paris.

For the second day of the relay in Paris, the Olympic flame will begin its journey from the Arena Porte de La Chapelle to the Boulevard des Batignolles. Before heading towards the Louis Vuitton Foundation and the Jardin d’Acclimation before a series of relays from Batignolles to Trocadéro.

La Flamme will then proceed towards the Roland Garros Stadium and then to the François Mitterrand Library area. The relays will continue between the Aerométro and the town hall of the 15th arrondissement. Then to Place d’Italie. Immediately afterwards, the Flame will head towards Buttes Chaumont park. Then go to the Passerelle Mornay, before stopping at INSEP. She will then retrace her route towards Boulevard des Maréchaux before ending her day at Place de la République.

Who will carry the flame?

Many people will take part in the Olympic torch relay this Monday, July 15. Olympic athletes Marie-José Perec, three-time Olympic champion in athletics, Laura Flessel, five-time Olympic medalist in fencing or the French gymnast Samir Ait-Saïd will take the baton. People like Jamel Debbouze, pastry chef Nina Métayer or even French XV and Racing 92 player Gael Fickou will also be there.
