jpnn.com – JAKARTA – Roy Keane again criticized Manchester City striker Erling Haaland.
This time, Roy Kane called Haaland a “spoiled child”.
This followed Haaland’s temperamental attitude when he was pulled off the field by Manchester City Coach Pep Guardiola, against Wolves in the Premier League match, Saturday (4/5).
Haaland scored four goals in Manchester City’s 5-1 win over Wolves.
However, the 23 year old Norwegian player looked angry when he was replaced by Julian Alvarez in the 82nd minute.
After the match, Pep Guardiola explained that Haaland was not actually angry about being pulled off the field but rather annoyed with the referee who led the match.
On the other hand, Roy Keane, who served as captain of Manchester United in the 1997–2005 era, said that the anger showed that Haaland had the attitude of a spoiled child.
“I think I saw Haaland not happy when he was sent off, behaving like a spoiled child,” Keane told Sky Sports as reported by AFP on Sunday (5/5).
