RRR release | Confirmed; Rajamouli’s RRR release in March 2022

After the Baahubali series, S. The. The cosmic film RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, will be released in theaters in March 2022. The official announcement was made via the film’s official Twitter handle. RRR is a movie that has been postponed due to the Kovid situation. The previous announcement was that the film would be released on April 28. But beyond that, the line-up has gone ahead with the decision to confirm the release on March 25, 2022 itself.

“If the Kovid situation in the country improves and all the theaters start functioning with full capacity, then we are ready to release the film on March 18, 2022. Otherwise, the movie ‘RRR’ will be released on April 28, 2022”, an earlier announcement said.

The Telugu film is being produced by DVV Entertainment and stars South Indian actors Ram Charan and NT Rama Rao Jr.. The release was scheduled for early 2022 but the manufacturers decided to postpone the release due to the increase in Kovid cases across the country.

The team had embarked on large-scale promotional activities across India. The release of ‘RRR’ has been postponed more than once due to the Kovid epidemic.

The film stars Bollywood stars Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. ‘RRR’ tells a fictional story based on the lives of two freedom fighters of the early twentieth century, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Charan) and Kumram Bhim (NTR Jr.). Kumram Bhim and Alluri Sitarama Raju were the leaders of the tribal struggle in Telangana before independence.

The film is being made at a cost of Rs 450 crore. The people behind this film are the ones who worked in the ranks of Bahubali. Other important characters are Olivia Morris, Samudra Kani, Alison Dudi, Ray Stevenson and Sreeya Sharan. V Vijayendra Prasad wrote the script for the film. Editing by Sreekar Prasad and Cinematography by KK Senthilkumar.

Alia Bhatt will play the role of Sita in the film. British actress Daisy Edgar Jones also plays an important role. Apart from Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam, the film will also be released in foreign languages.
