Chennai: Chennai – Bengaluru – Mysore ‘Vande Bharat’ train booking has started. The fare is Rs.200 higher than the Shatabdi train.

Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the 5th Vande Bharat train in India tomorrow (November 11) on the Chennai-Bengaluru-Mysore route. The train will run six days a week. According to this Vande Bharat train will be operated on all days except Wednesday. In this case, Vande Bharat train will be operated from 12th. The booking for this has started.

Vande Bharat train departs from Chennai at 5.50 am and reaches Bengaluru at 10.25 am. Following this, it reaches Mysore at 12.30 pm. It has been announced that this train will stop at Gadbadi, KSR Bengaluru railway station. Fare details of this train:

Shatabdi train is already running from Chennai to Mysore. This train charges Rs.1000 for chair car class and Rs.1980 for executive car class from Chennai to Mysore. It is to be noted that currently Vande Bharat train reaches Mysuru only 20 minutes earlier than Shatabdi train.
