An Air Force helicopter crash two days ago in the Vampire area of ​​Coonoor in the Nilgiris district has claimed the lives of Brigadier General Bipin Rawat, his wife and 11 soldiers.

Following this, the bodies of Brigadier General Bipin Rawat, his wife and Brigadier Brigadier General’s Adviser to the Brigade Commander were cremated.

Meanwhile, work to identify the bodies of others killed in the crash is ongoing at the Delhi Army Hospital.

In this context, the bodies of the commandos Sai Teja and Vivek Kumar who died in the helicopter crash have been identified and the bodies of the two have been handed over to their families this morning, the ANI news agency said.

While the investigation into the accident is in full swing, the identification of the bodies of the two has brought some comfort among their families. Accordingly, the funeral of the two will be held today with full military honors. Arrangements are currently underway.
