RSS Leader death | BJP leader accused of being a member of SDPI party

In Palakkad district, RSS leader Srinivasan was hacked to death by a gang of 5 people who came in two bikes. The BJP has blamed the SDPI for the killings. Srinivasan’s head, arms and legs were found amputated. Srinivasan is a former bodyguard of the RSS.

This is the second murder in Palakkad district in the last 24 hours. Srinivasan runs SKS Auto in Palakkad. According to an eyewitness, Srinivasan, who was sitting inside the shop, was hit by a barrage of 5 people on two bikes. The incident took place at around 1pm. A person who witnessed the murder said that the mystics who entered the shop with terror weapons hacked Srinivasan with a barrage.

SDPI party executive Subair Vettik was killed at Elapulli in Palakkad yesterday. The killing of an RSS figure comes as the Popular Front accuses the RSS of being behind the killings.

The DGP across the state had issued a warning as there was a possibility of retaliation for yesterday’s murder. Police security was also put in place at key locations. Meanwhile, within 24 hours, the second murder took place and caused a great stir in Kerala political circles.
