In the sixth edition of this year’s “Let’s Dance” season, the dancing couples will be mixed up again. Now it is clear who will sweep the floor with whom.
On Friday evening, the “Let’s Dance” jury looked at shocked faces. Because the prominent candidates were anything but enthusiastic when Joachim Llambi announced that the constellation of dancing couples would change again.
“The partner switch is popular, but to be honest it’s only mediocre with us, with couples,” said moderator Daniel Hartwich. The partner swap took place for the first time last year. On Friday evening it was not yet clear who the remaining participants would train with in the coming week – but now RTL is announcing the new dance duos.

The new constellations are being eagerly discussed on the official Instagram channel of “Let’s Dance”. “I think this swap is terrible,” “Last year it was already wrong – and now they’re doing the same nonsense again” and “The swap is more than unnecessary! The dancing couples harmonized very well,” some users criticize the partner swap.
But there is also praise from the social media community: “Brilliant, I’m so excited to see how it turns out”, “There are some really cool couples there too” and “I think that’s interesting. Get excited for something unknown,” other viewers support the idea.
One person for whom the partner swap has no consequences is Stefano Zarrella. He had to leave the dance format on Friday evening. With his show over, there are now only nine celebrities left in the running for the TV competition. Who will be “Dancing Star 2024” will be decided in May: Then the grand finale of “Let’s Dance” will take place. Last year Anna Ermakova took the win.
