The verdict was read out via e-court. “Earlier, the panel of judges read out the verdict via e-court, where the verdict was more or less that the plaintiff’s lawsuit was granted in full by default. This means without the presence of the defendant,” said Public Relations II of the South Jakarta District Court, Tumpanuli Marbun, Tuesday. “The second is that the marriage between RO and S has ended, due to divorce with all its legal consequences, then, ordering both parties, the defendant and the plaintiff, to register the divorce at the civil registry office 60 days after notification or after the legally binding verdict,” he continued.
