jpnn.comSOUTH JAKARTA – The divorce trial of Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah continues to roll at the South Jakarta District Court (PN).
On Tuesday (10/9), the trial continued with the conclusion agenda via e-court.
The plan is that the panel of judges will read out the trial verdict on Tuesday (24/9).
“According to the trial agenda, after today’s conclusion agenda, the verdict on this lawsuit will be read on September 24. So, that is the end of the legal process that we have been going through for some time. The verdict will be read,” said Ruben Onsu’s attorney, Minola Sebayang in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Tuesday.
He also completely surrendered the decision of the upcoming trial to the panel of judges.
However, according to him, neither Sarwendah nor Ruben Onsu wanted to continue their marriage.
“Because if, for example, Ruben still wants a divorce, it means that it is a unilateral desire, but if we look at the phenomenon in this trial, how the defendant (Sarwendah) was not present. It means that she does not want to use the opportunity to maintain the marriage,” said Minola.
Minola believes that Sarwendah’s attitude shows that the mother of two is probably not trying to maintain her household.
