Twenty teams will compete from September 8 for the prestigious William Webb-Ellis trophy on the occasion of the tenth edition of the Rugby World Cup. France, preferred to South Africa and Ireland in November 2017, was named host country for the second time in its history after the 2007 World Cup won by South Africa.

The 48 matches will take place in nine cities, Saint-Denis, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Toulouse, Bordeaux Nantes and Saint-Etienne with a final scheduled for Saturday October 28 at the Stade de France.
