Votes cast in Arakkonam Municipality are to be counted at Arakkonam Krishna Engineering College. In addition, votes cast in 8 municipalities of Takkolam, Panappakkam, Nemili, Kaveripakkam, Ammu, Vilapakkam, Thiri and Kalavai are to be counted at Ranipettai Engineering College.
