The more people live in a house, the more anonymous the togetherness becomes. In large cities in particular, the original meaning of neighborhood – mutual support, social exchange and the common good – is being lost.
This certainly has advantages and disadvantages, but above all it confuses us in dealing with each other:

▶︎ Is it okay to hang up complaint slips in the hallway? Which forms of politeness apply in trendy areas?
▶︎ How do I bypass an invitation to coffee? With which sentences do I communicate without conflict that it is too loud?
