Chengalpattu: In the rural self-employment training institute, the photography trainees were given certificates yesterday.
In Thimmavaram village, next to Chengalpattu, there is a Rural Self-Employment Training Institute of Indian Bank.
In this company, free vocational training classes are conducted for both sexes to start self-employment.
For those who complete this training, subsidy is provided in the loan schemes of Central and State Governments. Following this, one month training in photography and videography was imparted to 35 people.
The ceremony of awarding the certificate to the trainees was held yesterday at the new collector premises under the chairmanship of Kanchipuram Indian Bank Zonal Manager Rajaraman.
NABARD Bank Manager Vijay participated in this and gave certificates to the trainees. Women Program Director Mani, Pioneer Bank Manager Vijayakumar and others participated.
