MOSCOW, Aug. 23, 2023 /TASS/. The Russian air transport agency Rosaviatsia has published the names of all passengers and crew members who were on board the Embraer plane which crashed in the Tver region, among them are Yevgeny Prigozhin and Dmitry Utkin , says a statement from Rosaviatsia.

Sergei Propoustin, Evgueni Makarian, Alexandre Totmin, Valeri Tchekalov, Nikolaï Matiousseïev were also on board.

“The Embraer-135 (EBM-135BJ) flight was carried out on the basis of an authorization for the use of airspace issued in accordance with the established procedure,” Rosaviatsia said.
