Russia defeated Canada in the Channel One Cup match

Hockey players of the Russian national team beat the Canadian team in the opening match of the Channel One Cup. The game ended with the score 4: 3.

The goals were scored by: Yegor Korshkov (5), Alexander Yelesin (29), Nikita Nesterov (40), Vadim Shipachev (41) – Brandon Gormley (28), Daniel Odette (48), Eric O’Dell (59).

The Russian national team will play with the Swedish team on December 16. The Canadians will meet the Swedes on December 17th.
