A Russian missile hit a children’s playground near a residential building in Nikolaev. According to the latest information, five people were injured and three, including a child, were killed.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Russia demonstrates daily with its actions that the existing pressure is not enough. Such destruction of lives must be stopped. New measures are needed to strengthen our defense. The world must show Russia its strength,” Zelensky emphasized.
As it became known, the 10-year-old child tried to run to the entrance before the missile strike, but the Russian Kh-59 missile hit the fence of the house, as a result of which he died along with several other people.
On July 8, Russian troops launched a large-scale missile attack on Kyiv. One of the shells hit the building of the famous children’s hospital “Okhmatdet”, known throughout the world. The moment of the strike was recorded on video.
Earlier, “Kursor” wrote that on the night of June 4, Russia attacked a Ukrainian airfield near Kropyvnytskyi. As a result of the attack, two missiles fired by the occupiers hit the target. As a result of these attacks, infrastructure facilities received multiple damages.
In addition, “Kursor” has already reported that Russian occupation forces continue shelling Ukrainian territory and are upgrading their cruise missiles, including the Kh-101, to intensify their strikes. Such a missile is very effective and poses a significant threat to Ukraine.
