Russia-Ukraine War News: The U.S. says it has lost a quarter of Russia’s military power as Russia intensifies attacks on eastern Ukraine’s cities and towns. The Pentagon says Russia has lost 25 percent of its military presence in Ukraine.

On March 10, Ukraine informed the Vienna – based UN Nuclear Monitoring Group that it had lost direct contact with the plant, which crashed in 1986. At the beginning of the war on February 24, Russian troops captured Chernobyl and withdrew on March 31.
