A UN special envoy has made shocking accusations that Russia is engaging in nefarious actions to somehow win the war in Ukraine.

The UN has recorded more than 100 incidents since the war began. Russia is planning to use it as part of the war. Russia itself has confirmed more than 100 cases of rape.
