Kyiv: More than 70 soldiers have been killed in a Russian artillery attack on a Ukrainian military base. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a military base in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev. The news agency AP quoted Ukrainian officials as saying.
The four-story building where the military base was located collapsed. Pictures of the search of the wreckage were posted on the telegram by Dmitry Ciliasky, the regional head of Okhr. The Russian artillery attack on Sunday was confirmed on Monday. Several Russian soldiers and locals were killed during the attack.
