A Russian bombing of the Ukrainian town of Pervomaisky, in the Kharkiv region, left more than 30 injured, including at least nine children, the Presidency said on Tuesday (4).

“We learned that there is a significant number of victims: 31 people were hospitalized,” of which at least nine were minors, including two babies, Ukrainian presidential administration head Andrii Yermak said on Telegram.
