Irkutsk: Russian fighter jet crashes on top of building in Siberian city The plane crashed on top of a two-story building on Presvalsky Street in Irkutsk. The pilots of the plane died. However, it has not been confirmed whether civilians died in the accident.

This is the second plane crash in six days. Last Monday, a Sukhoi 34 fighter jet crashed into an apartment block in the southern city of Yesk, near Ukraine, killing 15 people.
