The Ukrainian government says 15 people, including an 8-year-old child, have been killed in a bomb attack by Russian forces in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city.
As the five-month war between the two countries draws to a close, Russia is launching a major offensive, amassing thousands of troops in an attempt to seize eastern Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the regional governor said 15 people had been killed and 16 others injured in attacks in four different parts of northeastern Ukraine.
