ERussian President Vladimir Putin has accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of trying to create a bogus republic and divide the country.
He spoke in support of the US Alliance, but said that maintaining some independence was important for Russia.
Gelensky said the Russian soldiers had no strength and no motivation to defeat Ukraine, adding that they only had terrorism and weapons.
He called on allies to continue to provide assistance not only for Ukraine but also for the benefit of Europe.
