Russian secret service is targeting German high-tech companies

For many Western companies in sectors where there is already a shortage of staff, the influx of Russian specialists is an opportunity to fill vacancies. Companies are therefore very interested in enabling Russian exiles to start their careers quickly and without bureaucracy.
