TikTok has become the most popular app in the country in terms of both time spent on it and the number of downloads. Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and GetContact were also among the leaders in terms of the number of downloads last year.

Russians also began to spend more time in streaming service applications. The number of hours increased in 2021 by 61% compared to the pre-pandemic 2019.In the world, the largest increase was recorded only in Indonesia – 140%.
