This autumn, Rustico, a Spanish-style restaurant located at D2 Place One in Lai Chi Kok, welcomes the new Spanish head chef Javier Gomez Barajas. It now uses white truffles from the Alba region of Italy in its dishes and launches a series of rubs. Javier Gomez Barajas, who comes from Valencia, Spain, has been working in the kitchen for over 20 years and has worked in Spanish and Mediterranean restaurants around the world.
