Rutilio Escandón inaugurates expansion of the Luis Espinoza-Chavarría road in Bochil

When inaugurating the modernization and expansion of the Luis Espinoza-Garrido Canaval (Chavarría) road, in the municipality of Bochil, Governor Rutilio Escandón Cadenas said that the delivery of this highway infrastructure constitutes an important step to advance the well-being and progress of the Region of Los Bosques, because in addition to improving connectivity and security, it contributes to the strengthening of productive, commercial and tourist activities.

He stressed that, so far in this government, more than 7 kilometers of this road have been built and fully improved, with an investment of almost 86 million pesos, and explained that he has issued instructions for the different state entities to join forces and resources with the authorities of the City Council, with the aim that this channel of communication is completely concluded.

“Public money belongs to the people and the authorities have the obligation to manage it well, and that is applied in this government, that is why we are doing more with less or more with the same, since we do not spend on superficial projects. Today the resources are allocated to the construction or improvement of hospitals, schools, roads and highways, security, public services and other priority areas, because our desire is that the people of Chiapas have greater well-being and can live better, “he said. he.

After highlighting the support that the President of the Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, provides to Chiapas through the Well-being programs, which allow the population, especially the sectors in conditions of greater vulnerability, to have better opportunities to get ahead and comply with their legitimate aspirations, the president urged the inhabitants to avoid conflicts and favor peaceful coexistence, as this will bring more prosperity to this region.

The general director of the Roads and Hydraulic Infrastructure Commission, Jorge Luis Gómez Jiménez, explained that this would not be possible without the firm commitment of the State Government, which keeps the doors of the institutions open to listen and attend to citizen demands. He called on the beneficiary communities to take care of the roads, keep the spaces clean, avoid burning and not litter on public roads.

In turn, the president of the Camino de Chavarría Board of Trustees, Carlos Sánchez Alvarado, expressed his satisfaction at seeing a dream come true that they had been yearning for 15 years, and explained that although there is still a stage to complete the paving of this road, this progress shows the interest of the Federal, State and Municipal Governments, in those who have less.

Finally, the mayor Sergio Luis Zenteno Meneses recognized the effort that the administration of Rutilio Escandón makes in terms of road infrastructure, proof of this is the modernization of this road, which, he said, is very important for mobility and connectivity between communities such as El Amate, Nueva Esperanza and Santa Cruz Buenavista.
