In the municipality of Venustiano Carranza, Governor Rutilio Escandón Cadenas inaugurated the third stage of the expansion of the La Angostura-Pujiltic highway, corresponding to the modernization of 10 kilometers of this road that improves connectivity between the Los Llanos Region with the capital and other areas of the state.
After verifying the work on this road and instructing that the construction of the next section begin immediately, the president highlighted the benefit to the towns and communities with said highway, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year; In addition, he mentioned that work will be done on a drinking water project in the municipal capital and the City Council will carry out the water well for the CBTA 46 campus.
“In addition to communicating quickly, efficiently and safely to the people, these works are carried out by companies from Chiapas, which contributes to strengthening the economy and employment in the state. That is the aspiration that we have as rulers, that we have greater opportunities and possibilities, because as President Andrés Manuel López Obrador says, in the Fourth Transformation no one is left out, we are all included to progress, ”he emphasized.
After endorsing the call for unity to advance together towards the growth of the human development index, Escandón Cadenas said that he will continue to invest in this and all the municipalities of Chiapas: “We wanted dreams not to become insomnia, but to come true. Today we see with great pleasure that the budget reaches ”, he maintained.
For his part, the general director of the Roads and Hydraulic Infrastructure Commission, Jorge Luis Gómez Jiménez, pointed out that this work respects the nature, beliefs and historical essence of the region, in addition to reflecting the honesty and punctuality of this government, which, he assured, is creating a real change in this municipality and in all of Chiapas.
In turn, the president of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC), Chiapas Delegation, Anakaren Gómez Zuart, stressed that this highway is at the height of the infrastructure that is made in the country for the benefit of productive activities and social development; Likewise, she highlighted the confidence of the Government of Chiapas in local construction companies and endorsed the will to continue consolidating works in favor of the modernization of the entity.
On behalf of the beneficiary population, Jorge Ariosto Aquino Gordillo pointed out that today in Venustiano Carranza and throughout Chiapas there is well-being and social justice, and the foundations are being laid so that the inhabitants can live well and have greater opportunities to get ahead. “Thank you for the dedication and commitment to work in favor of your people. We are very proud of our governor.”
Finally, the mayor José Luis Avendaño Borraz indicated that it is a work of great importance because it will strengthen communication, economic and commercial activities locally and regionally, while thanking the governor for the infrastructure projects and programs that contribute to welfare and the transformation of the communities of Venustiano Carranza.
They attended: the local deputy of District III, Martha Verónica Alcázar Cordero; the municipal president of Tzimol, José Joel Altuzarra Jiménez; as well as the ejidal commissioner of Belisario Domínguez, Herlinda Cuesta; and the curator of Miguel Hidalgo, José Virgilio Vázquez Gómez.
