This series started for the first time in the year 2020. Then retired players from India, Australia, West Indies, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh participated. Sachin Tendulkar captained the Indian team then. Under his leadership, the Indian Legends team performed tremendously and clinched the trophy.

Following this, the series was not held last year due to Corona. In this case, the series will be held this year. While only 6 teams participated in the last season, this time the England Legends team led by Eoin Morgan and the New Zealand Legends team led by Doss Taylor are going to play.

Sachin Captain:

It was said that Sourav Ganguly will be the captain of the Indian Legends team this time. But, due to some serial work, he automatically left the series. Thus, Sachin is going to act as the captain again.

The series will start from September 10 and will continue till October 1 in India. The matches will be held in Kanpur, Raipur, Indore and Dehradun.
