All women go through that period when their breasts, which were perky when they were young, begin to sag. But we can still help keep our breasts upright and be more beautiful. Read these tips carefully, and without having to undergo cosmetic surgery!
The fact that your breasts become weak is completely inevitable, and even more so when you are a mother. One of the aspects that most affects the beauty of women is. A perky breast, especially if natural, generates attractiveness, self-confidence and rejuvenates. Of course, don’t expect miracles in two days. It all takes time, but you will see a dramatic change in a few months.
Here we leave you some very important advice
* Maintain the right weight. Gaining and losing weight negatively affects our breasts.
* Have the right business. Depending on age and characteristics.
* Eat healthy. Nourished, avoiding fats and sweets.
* Check yourself periodically. You yourself have to get used to recognizing your breasts, touching them and seeing any symptoms of something strange, as well as undergoing the usual checks.
* Massage yourself. There are many firming oils and creams. We’ll talk more about it.
* Wear bras with good support.
* Drink water. It is essential to be well hydrated.
In this article we will teach you some routines you can perform to make your breasts firmer and straighter:
1- Firming exercises
They are the best treatment you can do. We recommend two:
Exercise 1
* Extend your arms forward raising and lowering them, you can use the weight as you progress.
* The important thing in this exercise is the repetitions you perform.
* Standing, place your open hand against the wall, still at chest height, press as if you were doing push-ups for about 7 seconds and over time increase strength and pressure.
It can be done 8 to 10 times a day.
Exercise 2
* On a chair with a back, take a weight in each hand, keep your elbows bent and open your arms horizontally. You can also perform this exercise on an inclined bench, repeating 8 to 10 times.
* Standing on the balls of your feet, stretch your legs and slowly bend your arms until your elbows form a 90-degree angle.
Not everything depends on the performance of these exercises, it is also necessary to maintain an excellent diet, an adequate weight and avoid excess hot water during the bath, so that in addition to staying healthy, your breasts are firm.
In this video you can see different techniques:
Or this one:
2- Natural firming treatment
You can prepare this natural remedy yourself and apply it once a week. To do this, prepare a poultice with a spoonful of natural yogurta spoonful of vegetable oil good (olive, preferably) ea egg. You mix it, apply it to your breasts and leave it on for at least half an hour. Then you remove it with cold water.
3- Homemade celery lotion
Place a couple of celery sticks in a bottle with two liters of cologne or reduced alcohol. Leave it closed in a cool, dark place. Two weeks later you will have your firming lotion to apply directly to your breasts
4- Massages with ice and thyme
The cold is an excellent tonic for the breasts and skin. Together with the action of the thymus it becomes a powerful treatment. Soak gauze or compresses with a mixture of water and a few drops of thyme essential oil, or prepare highly concentrated thyme infusions. Apply them, cold, on each breast for 15 or 20 minutes. Then, wrap a piece of ice with the same gauze and massage your chest in circular motions.
5- Cold shower and lemon juice
As we said, cold weather is great for our breasts. Cold water firms the skin and softens it. We already know that sometimes it’s hard to bear the cold, but… it’s worth it! After a very cold shower in which we applied water to the chest, we apply compresses or gauze soaked in natural lemon juice for at least a quarter of an hour. Massage and clean again with cold water.
6- Olive oil
Olive oil protects our skin from the action of free radicals, as it has a high concentration of antioxidants and fatty acids. Simply put a little olive oil on your hands, rub them together to warm them up a bit, and massage in ascending circular motions. It is a very pleasant sensation, which stimulates circulation and tone. Several times a week is fine.
7- Cucumber, coconut oil and egg lotion
Coconut oil is also very nourishing for our skin and helps firm the breasts. Together with the hydrating power of the cucumber and the effect of the egg, which smoothes the skin, we will have a very effective treatment.
Mix an egg, a spoonful of coconut oil and the juice of a cucumber (whipped or blended) in a container. Apply, like the rest of the lotions, with circular massages on the chest.
You can store the lotions you make in the refrigerator and they last perfectly for several days.
8- Clay mask
Clay has been shown to have a great positive effect in various treatments: removal of blackheads from the skin, arthritis and arthrosis, dermatitis,… There are different types, but for the treatment of sagging breasts the one we recommend is the black clay. Mixing with water until we obtain a plaster, we apply it with circular massages. In this case it is preferable to avoid the nipple. Once applied, let it dry completely, at least 20 minutes or half an hour. It is then removed with warm water.
And, of course, avoid enemies of failure. We have already mentioned some of them, but we remind you:
* lack of physical exercise. Softness is lost due to inactivity, and your breasts are among the first to notice it
* Smoke. Tobacco is a great enemy of skin elasticity.
* Alcohol. It is also harmful to the skin in general.
* Poor support. A good bra, especially when you play sports, will help you prevent weight from doing its job. Make sure you use the correct size.
* Negligence during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is wonderful to be a mother and breastfeed our children, but this moment is particularly important to maintain the softness of our breasts. Be sure to maintain hydration, massage, and exercise while breastfeeding.

Interview between Time.news Editor and Breast Health Expert
Time.news Editor (TNE): Good morning! Today, we have an exciting guest, Dr. Clara Martinez, a renowned expert in women’s health and wellness. We’re diving into a topic that’s often overlooked but very important—breast health, particularly regarding sagging. Thank you for being here, Dr. Martinez!
Dr. Clara Martinez (CM): Thank you for having me! I’m excited to share some insights on this important topic.
TNE: Many women experience breast sagging as they age or after having children. What exactly causes this sagging?
CM: Great question! Breast sagging, or breast ptosis, is a natural part of aging due to a combination of factors. The ligaments that support the breast tissue stretch over time, and the fatty tissue may decrease while glandular tissue is replaced by fat. Additionally, hormonal changes during pregnancy and breastfeeding can also influence this.
TNE: That’s very insightful. What can women do to help maintain firmness in their breasts without resorting to cosmetic procedures?
CM: There are several effective methods! Firstly, it’s vital to maintain a healthy weight; weight fluctuations can affect breast shape. Eating a balanced diet rich in nutrients while avoiding excessive fats and sugars can also help. Regular self-examinations and check-ups are essential for detecting any abnormalities.
TNE: I’ve heard that exercise plays a significant role as well. Can you share any specific routines for breast firmness?
CM: Absolutely! Strengthening exercises specifically for the chest area can be very beneficial. For instance, simple movements like arm raises can help. I recommend doing a push-up against the wall or using weights to perform lateral raises regularly. Aim for 8 to 10 repetitions in a session.
TNE: Those sound doable! Are there any natural treatments that women can incorporate into their routines?
CM: Yes, there are quite a few natural remedies. A popular one is a DIY mask made from yogurt, vegetable oil, and an egg applied weekly can help firm the skin. Additionally, using cucumber and coconut oil along with an egg creates a nourishing lotion that improves skin elasticity.
TNE: I’ve also heard about cold treatments. Can you explain how that works?
CM: Cold applications, such as cold showers, can work wonders! Cold water firms the skin and can enhance overall skin tone. You can also use ice wrapped in gauze for a gentle massage on the breasts, which stimulates circulation and tightens the skin.
TNE: Very interesting! What about hydration? Does it play a role in breast health?
CM: Absolutely! Staying well-hydrated is crucial, not just for the skin but for overall health. Water helps maintain skin elasticity, so drinking enough fluids daily is vital for maintaining the appearance of firm skin.
TNE: This has been incredibly informative, Dr. Martinez. Before we wrap up, what’s the one piece of advice you would give to women when it comes to their breast health?
CM: Don’t neglect self-care! It’s important to listen to your body, make time for regular exercise, and prioritize a nutritious diet. Early detection of any changes through regular check-ups is also crucial. Embrace your body and take proactive steps towards maintaining both health and confidence.
TNE: Thank you so much for sharing your expertise, Dr. Martinez. This information is invaluable for our readers. We hope to have you back soon!
CM: It was my pleasure! Thank you for having me, and I look forward to our next discussion!
