jpnn.com – Deputy Chairman of Commission III DPR RI Ahmad Sahroni appreciated the performance of the National Police which was considered successful in maintaining security on New Year’s Eve 2025.
“Appreciation to all members of the National Police who are tasked with securing New Year’s Eve. Your dedication is extraordinary, when generally people celebrate the New Year, but the officers remain focused on carrying out their duties,” said Sahroni in Jakarta, Thursday (2/1/2025).
For example, Polda Metro Jaya deployed a total of 1,500 personnel to secure the 2025 New Year celebrations on Tuesday (31/12) evening.
Thousands of personnel were deployed at a number of points to anticipate public security disturbances.
“There were almost no shortages, celebrations in all areas were conducive. People felt safe,” he continued.
Welcoming 2025, Sahroni also hopes that the National Police institution will always be present to protect and help the community.
He wants the National Police to consistently provide the best performance to the community in order to serve, protect and protect the people from all kinds of potential crimes.
