Saint Laurent opens the doors of the most dreamy Parisian bookstore – mononewsTV

As expected, the entire collection (books, records and vintage pieces) was curated by Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello.

In the heart of the 7th arrondissement at 9 rue de Grenelle, the Saint Laurent Babylon opened its doors, paying homage to the historical ties of Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé to the neighborhood of Sèvres-Babylone.

Curated by creative director Anthony Vaccarello, this bookstore transcends tradition by offering a large collection of art and music books, establishing itself as a cultural destination in Paris.

This is no ordinary bookstore – it is a gathering place for artists and pioneers. Anthony Vaccarello’s curation extends beyond literature to include rare books, Saint Laurent Rive Droite editions and unique cultural events such as DJ sets and author readings.

The venue also presents an expanded collection of Saint Laurent Rive Droite Editions, in collaboration with artists such as Bruno Roels, Daido Moriyama, Jeanloup Sieff and Cai Guo Qiang.

It should be noted that each edition, including previous collaborations with notable artists, is renowned for its craftsmanship and use of materials, turning each book into a work of art.
