Premier League teams are back in action and training ahead of the return of the Premier League next weekend. In a training match held in Kiryat Shmona, Bnei Sakhnin defeated the local team 1: 2 and their new coach, Slobodan Drapic.
KS took the lead from a goal by Roi Kehat, but Sharon Mimar’s team made a comeback thanks to goals from Guy Melamed and Muhammad Khalaila. As you may recall, the two teams met three weeks ago in the league and that is where KS celebrated in a big way with 0: 3, even before the dismissal of Amir Nussbaum and the appointment of Drapich.
In the upcoming league game Sakhnin, which is in sixth place in the table, will host Hapoel Nof Hagalil, while Kiryat Shmona, which closes the table, hopes to embark on a new path in Drapich’s official game on the lines, against Hapoel Beer Sheva at home.
