The result of this year’s negotiations involves a framework of 5.2 per cent.

Of this, the overhang contributes 1.6 percentage points for industrial workers and 1.8 percentage points for industrial clerks. For industrial workers in the NHO area, the contribution from the tariff supplements is calculated at 2.2 percentage points. The Technical Calculation Committee (TBU), which supplies the statistical basis for the wage settlements, has estimated a growth in the consumer price index of 4.1 per cent this year.
