The sale of Imserso tours for the 2024-2025 season will begin this Monday, September 23 in nine autonomous regions, with a total of 886,269 points divided into three points.
The first places to sell, between September 23 and 24, will be for trips to Andalusia, Aragon, Catabria, Castilla y León, Valencian Community, Extremadura, Madrid, Melilla and Murcia. Starting September 25, if there are free spots, more trips can be purchased.
Trips to Asturias, Catalonia, Castilla-La Mancha, Ceuta, Galicia, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, La Rioja and the Basque Country will be sold between September 25 and 26. In this case, to buy trips more you will have to wait until September 27.
There will be places 443,887 shares for Lot 1 (Peninsular Coast); 230,039 points for Lot 2 (Insular Region) and a total of 212,343 points for Lot 3 (Escapes and European Travel).
Travel costs will depend on the destination and the duration of the trips, including a range between about 120 and about 330 euros.
To keep a place it will be necessary to pay a fixed amount that will not exceed 20% of the total cost of the trip. This payment must be completed 45 days before the start of the trip or at the time of booking if the trip starts in October or November and is less than 45 days before.
Reservations can be made through certified travel agencies, with the presentation of a copy of the DNI or on the official website (www.turismosocial.com), where it will also be necessary to provide the confirmation key sent by Imserso beneficiary
5% more hotels than last year
The total number of hotels participating in the Imserso tourism program for the period 2024-2025 is approx. 5% higher than the previous competition, although it could be more because the deal has not yet been definitively closed.
In particular, Social Tourism, the brand of Ávoris Corporación Empresarial that manages the program, publishes on its website the number of establishments included in the program.
However, the travel agency has told Europa Press that it has not yet finished publishing the total number of hotels. “It is a work that is developed in parallel to the printing of circles and in the coming days it will be completed,” the company explained.
