According to the Daily Telegraph (via Variety), the confusion occurred in front of the Clovelly Hotel, east of Sydney (Australia), when Jacob Elordi was approached by Joshua Fox, producer of the program “The Kyle & Jackie O Show” on KIIS FM.
Fox asked the actor from Euphoria if he could give some bathwater to Jackie O (radio show host) in celebration of her birthday.
This was a reference to Saltburn’s controversial bathtub scene, but Jacob Elordi wouldn’t have liked the joke at all. According to a report by Joshua Fox, the star asked him to stop filming and delete the footage, in addition to attacking him. “I refuse because I feel uncomfortable right now and this is the only evidence,” says Fox. “And then Jacob kind of turns around and pushes me against the wall and his hands are at my throat.”
