Samika Karunaratne’s face was seen by the ball! Hospital admission for surgery

Samika Karunaratne of Kandy Falcons has lost four of his teeth due to an injury sustained during the Lanka Premier League match against Galle Gladiators yesterday.

He was hit in the face while trying to take a catch in the fourth match of the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2022 series.

Then the ball also hit his face. Immediately following the accident, he was admitted to a private hospital in Galle for surgery.

Again he will pitch

In this case, the manager of his team has said that Samika is determined and will play again.
