Samiksha UK Exeter Branch Conference and Share and Care Community Project inaugurated

London – As part of the Sixth National Conference of Samiksha UK, the Exeter Branch Conference was held on April 1st Saturday at 5 pm under the chairmanship of National Treasurer Raji Shaji. Samiksha UK National President Sreekumar Ullapilli inaugurated the conference. In the opening speech, the activities of the organization and the participation of the branch were described. Branch President Justin James gave the welcome address.

Branch Secretary Vinu Chandran presented the activity report of the last year. All members actively participated in the discussion on the report and the subsequent national conference. In the meeting, it was decided to retain the existing office bearers. Exeter Malayali Association Treasurer Benoy Varghese and Samiksha Catering Branch Secretary Ebin Sabu spoke to welcome the gathering.

It was also decided to further activate the work of the branch by taking up the Share and Care charity activity. The Share and Care project inaugurated its first collection. Sreekumar, who is also the national coordinator of the Share and Care project, received the first collection from Vinu Chandran at Ullappil. Exeter singers Christine John and Joy John sang songs to add to the gathering. The branch member thanked all those who participated in the function. The conference expressed its full support to the national conference and decided to further activate the activities of the branch.
