DF “Agriculture” (DFZ) publishes electronic inventories according to a model for the documents proving the realization of the produced production and for the documents for the certified and/or standard seeds and/or planting material required under the Interventions for production-related support of income for fruit and vegetable plantations for Campaign 2023.

Applicants for interventions Linked to production income support for fruit – (IP)Production-linked income support for vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, gherkins and eggplant) – (IZ-DKKP), Production linked income support for vegetables (pepper) – (IZ-P)Production linked income support for vegetables (onions and garlic) and potatoes for starch – (IZ-CLCH)Production-related income support for vegetables (carrots, cabbage, watermelons and melons) – (IZ-MZDP)Production-linked income support for greenhouse production – (IOP), must prove the realization of the yields obtained from the claimed areas and the quantities realized on the market by crops for the period 02.01.2023 – 01.31.2024. This is spelled out in the provisions of Art. 33 of Ordinance No. 3 of 10.03.2023 on the conditions and procedure for implementing the interventions in the form of direct payments included in the Strategic Plan, for inspections, reductions in payments and the procedure for imposing administrative sanctions.

New for Campaign 2023 is the filling out of a sample inventory and the presentation of documents for purchased certified and standard seeds and purchased planting material, according to Art. 34 and § 8 of the Final Provisions of Ordinance No. 3 of 10.03.2023, by farmers who have requested the following interventions:

During the inventory of the documents, the candidates fill in the relevant electronic form sheet that is current for the Campaign 2023. The accounting documents described in it must meet the requirements of the regulatory framework. In the electronic tables, all details must be entered, through which the necessary administrative checks can be carried out. They must correspond to the registration of farmers in ISAK (individual or legal person/sole trader).

In order to receive a subsidy, farmers should have sold the quantities of fruits and/or vegetables specified in the regulations on the market, as well as submitted documents for purchased seed and planting material for the areas requested under the relevant intervention from the above.

The samples are published and can be downloaded from the website of the State Fund “Agriculture”. These can be found in the relevant sections of the interventions for Coupled Support for Fruit and Vegetables.
