Samsung Galaxy S23 Series may use all Snapdragon chips without Exynos because the performance is not strong enough.

by time news

Earlier this year, Samsung brought the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor to the brand’s flagship as a mainstay in the early years. After all, it is usually Exynos that is used all over the world with the exception of some countries. Recently, there are rumors that next year we may see all the Snapdragon chips in the Galaxy S23 series.

Ming-Chi Kuo, who analyzed Samsung today, has revealed that Qualcomm’s SM8550 model may be used in all Galaxy S23 series, after this year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip was used at 70% and the Exynos 2200 used 30%.

One of the reasons for this may be that the Exynos 2300 is experiencing a power saving issue from Samsung at 4nm, unlike the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is reportedly much better. Including the efficiency of use is higher as well

However, although next year and 2024 Samsung may use chips from Qualcomm, in 2025 we will have a chance to see Samsung’s own chip tweaks for use in the Galaxy S25 series, as previously rumored. yes
