However, Samsung remains silent on its plan to launch the Galaxy S23 series. Although there is no official confirmation, some details about the Galaxy S23 Ultra have been revealed.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has been spotted on Geekbench database. Notably, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be the most premium phone in the upcoming lineup.

It is said that Samsung will reveal the Galaxy S23 series at the Unpacked event. Some reports indicate that the company will host the event either in January or February 2023.

Now, Geekbench confirms that the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the model number SM-S918U. The Galaxy S23 Ultra unit listed on the Geekbench website could be from the US.

To summarize, the smartphone passed through the Chinese 3C certification website last month. 3C’s listing sheds some light on the phone’s charging capabilities.

According to a Geekbench listing, the phone will pack a chipset codenamed Kalama. This chip could turn into the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

Furthermore, the chip comes with an Adreno 740 GPU and has a clock speed of 3.36GHz. The phone scored 1521 in the single-core Geekbench test. Also, it scored 4,689 in the multi-core test.

Moreover, the listing says that the phone will ship with 8GB of RAM. So, GSM Circuit indicates that the retail versions can have at least 12 GB of RAM.

Also, the Galaxy S23 Ultra can come with up to 512GB of storage. The phone runs Android 13 with One UI 5.0 on top. According to its listings on the 3C website, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will support 25W fast charging.
