The new foldable smartphone Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 may get anti-glare coating on all displays. This was reported by SamMobile, citing an insider from Twitter (X) under the nickname Kro, Day.Az reports with reference to Gazeta.ru.
Anti-reflective coating debuted in the Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone, which was released in January 2024. It is one of the layers of Gorilla Glass Armor. SamMobile called anti-glare coating the most underrated feature of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. This option makes the smartphone screen more readable in direct sunlight outdoors.
In addition, Kro reported that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 will be equipped with a top-end Snapdragon processor (likely Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy), 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM, and 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of internal storage. The insider’s report also suggests that Samsung’s next flagship foldable smartphone will feature a UWB chip, an improved heatsink, a higher touch sampling rate, and possibly a built-in S Pen.
The announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will take place as part of the next Galaxy Unpacked presentation, which is rumored to be scheduled for July 2024.
