Samsung has unveiled a new 57-inch gaming monitor, the Odyssey Neo G9, which is the largest curved screen in the company’s lineup. The cost of the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 has not been named, and sales of the monitor should begin before the end of 2023.
The new monitor, which has an image refresh rate of 240 Hz, received a Dual UHD resolution panel (7680×2160 pixels), supports HDR 10+ and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies. The 1000R display is expected to support the Gaming Hub and Samsung Smart Hub platforms (including Xbox Cloud Gaming, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, and more) to access cloud gaming services.
Odyssey Neo G9 will be equipped with Quantum Mini LED backlight, RGB backlight and DisplayPort 2.1 interface with increased bandwidth. Full details of the new accessory will be revealed on August 23rd when the monitor goes on sale.
