On the morning of October 28, Samsung Vietnam and the National Innovation Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in implementing high-tech development activities for the young generation of Vietnam.

This is an activity within the framework of the Inauguration Ceremony of the National Innovation Center (NIC) and the Opening Ceremony of Vietnam International Innovation Exhibition 2023 (VIIE 2023).

With the desire to join hands to make the Vietnam National Innovation Center a place to gather intelligence and spread the benefits of Vietnamese innovation, Samsung will coordinate with the National Innovation Center to deploy Courses include Big Data, AI, IoT within the framework of the Project Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) at the National Innovation Center, Hoa Lac campus. Samsung Innovation Campus is a global information technology education program for young people. The project nurtures young talent with problem-solving skills by providing them with the core skills needed for future development.

The program was officially launched globally in 2019. This is one of Samsung’s typical social responsibility programs and has expanded to 32 countries worldwide such as the US, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand… In Vietnam, the program has also been implemented since 2019.

After 5 years, the program has provided about 6,021 Vietnamese teenagers and about 389 teachers with courses such as C&P, AI, Big Data, IoT. Up to now, the project has expanded to about 40 schools and 20 provinces nationwide./.
