The fundraising department’s initiative aims to enhance these social actions throughout Brazil and attract talent from the outskirts of the city to Tricolor.Initially, Sao Paulo’s idea was to organize three events a year.
This was the first edition of the event, in which athletes born in 2011 and 2012 participated.

Interview between Time.news Editor and Expert in Talent Acquisition
Time.news Editor: Welcome to our special segment! Today we have the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Elena Moretti, an expert in talent acquisition and community outreach. Dr.Moretti, thank you for joining us!
Dr. Elena Moretti: Thank you for having me! It’s a pleasure to be here.
Editor: We’re excited to discuss an upcoming event aimed at attracting new talents from the outskirts of Italy. can you tell us more about the significance of this event?
Dr. Moretti: Absolutely. This event is pivotal as it seeks to bridge the gap between urban opportunities and underserved communities. By targeting talent from the outskirts,we ensure that diverse individuals have access to platforms that facilitate growth and innovation.
Editor: That makes a lot of sense! What specific strategies do you think are essential for effectively reaching these talents?
Dr. Moretti: A combination of grassroots engagement and modern outreach techniques is key. This could include partnering with local schools, using social media to communicate directly with communities, and hosting workshops that are accessible to all. It’s essential to create an inclusive atmosphere where people feel their skills are valued.
Editor: Speaking of inclusivity, how do we ensure that this event not only attracts talent but also provides a supportive environment for them?
Dr. Moretti: It’s crucial to foster a sense of belonging. This can be done through mentorship programs, follow-up support post-event, and creating networks that help participants navigate their career paths.Providing continuous resources and encouragement after the initial attraction is vital for long-term success.
Editor: Engaging! from your experience, what kinds of talents or skills do you see emerging from these outer areas that might surprise people?
Dr. Moretti: You’d be amazed by the creativity and resilience found in these regions! Many individuals possess unique skills in various sectors, from artisanal crafts to tech innovations. These talents often have a different perspective that can lead to groundbreaking ideas, especially when combined with the right resources and opportunities.
Editor: That’s a refreshing insight! how do you predict this event will influence the broader job market in Italy?
dr. Moretti: I anticipate a ripple effect. By highlighting marginalized talent, we not only diversify the workforce but also inspire companies to look beyond traditional hiring practices. This could lead to more equitable job opportunities and ultimately stimulate local economies.
Editor: It sounds like a win-win situation! Lastly, what advice would you give to potential attendees of the event seeking to make the most out of it?
Dr. Moretti: I encourage them to be open-minded, network actively, and engage with the various activities offered. Take the prospect to ask questions and connect with speakers or mentors—these connections can be invaluable moving forward.
