On the Instagram account of the actress, who passed away on January 29 at the age of 90, one of her last photos was published, while she was having breakfast in a dressing gown and without make-up, accompanied by Azzurra’s heartbreaking words in memory of her mother
Exactly one month after her disappearance, the children’s pain over the loss of their mother Sandra Milo is still heartbreaking. The icon of cinema and TV died last January 29th, at the age of 90, from a fulminant illness and Ciro, Deborah and Azzurra are unable to find peace. “Mom, how were you – or rather how are you – beautiful even without make-up!”, we read in a moving post that appeared on Milo’s Instagram account (still active), accompanying of one of the last photos taken of the actresswrapped in an old pink chenille dressing gown, while having breakfast.
«Exactly one month without feeling your presence – continues the long message – exactly one month without receiving your good morning or goodnight, exactly one month without seeing your smile, exactly one month without being welcomed by your hug, one month exactly without hearing your voice if not recorded on WhatsApp, exactly one month without seeing the name “mom” appear on the display screen, answering and hearing “when are you coming home? what are we eating tonight?”, exactly one month without hearing any more your perfume, exactly one month without being able to shake your hand, exactly one month without an “I love you” from you, exactly one month without seeing your kind eyes like in one of your last photos.”
The touching words of the social outburst suggest that it was Azzurra who wrote them, who had remained to live with her mother and who therefore shared small moments of daily life with her, which now, however, she admits that she is no longer able to relive. “Since you left, I have no longer been able to sit at our table to have breakfast – it was our daily ritual – because seeing your empty place increasingly widens the chasm you left in your heart”, reveals your daughter and Her cry of pain greatly affected Milo’s followers, both famous people such as Maria Grazia Cucinotta and Sabrina Impacciatore, and ordinary people, who wanted to dedicate a sweet thought and an affectionate memory to her.
