In the event held from Thursday, July 20 to Sunday, July 23, in the diamond of the INDES Complex in Santa Ana (Former Finca Modelo), the teams from the La Gray de Jehovah League, from the Dominican Republic; USAC Baseball, from Guatemala and Santa Ana, from El Salvador.
In the 9-12 years category, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic left the same record of 3 wins for 1 loss, but thanks to the higher percentage of runs scored, the locals took first place in the lightning tournament. The first game between the two teams was won by the team from Quisqueyan 6 by 5, but in the second confrontation the Santanecos prevailed 12-1.
In the 13-14 the representation of El Salvador ended undefeated with four wins, followed by the Dominican Republic and Guatemala. In both categories, the boys and young nationals were the most outstanding both offensively and pitching.
